| Here is a tremendous furniture deal!!! I recently closed a furniture store in South Jersey near Phily and have approximately $80,000 worth of furniture at retail left. My store is now closed and I need to sell off this remaining product ASAP by order of the landlord to clear out the building I was renting. I paid well over $40,000 at wholesale for all of this merchandise. It was all displayed on my showroom floor and is not used furniture. I am only willing to sell all of the furniture in one shot for only $.30 on the dollar based on the wholesale cost...not based on the retail price!!! That's over 3 times less than what I paid for it and over 6 times less that what it would sell for in a store!!!! My loss is your opportunity. | Its from the 60's or 70's, Solid wood, kind of dark cherry, 5 deep drawers on the left with a flip down compartment on the bottom,on the right is a cedar lined closet with rail. it is in good condition, it probably needs to be updated or refinished but the wood is in good shape it has not warped.
